I believe my words from within.
I have beliefs like, I believe in Gandhi, I believe in Maradona, I believe in my selves, some believe in my future, some nelive my mother tongue and I believe in Belsi. This belief starts from my childhood, my living environment, my friends, my education, my job, simply from my life.
When I start I career, my life in this world I am none, my mother taught me morale, beliefs with her beliefs and experience and then some history, our ancestors experience with their life as anecdotes.
I have my own conscious mind, my virtue and helping minds from my parents that makes me to believe in what I taught to believe. No one can change my belief until I change my mind to that belief. I believe in my though and action similarly as others have. Each ones DNA varies and finger print varies, here is it possible to have a belief with same morale, virtue, ideas and mind; exactly, no.
Indians believe in Gandhi, Americans in Luther, Britons in Churchill, Germans in Hitler, Russians in Lenin, Romans in Julie Ceaser, this was in past and till it is being carried though hereditary knowledge sharing.
Those personalities believed in some things with their virtue and disseminated the same to others in possible forms. Fact is whatever principle these personalities said or followed is not followed exactly same as them. Whoever likes any principles to their ancestors, believes in that, altered with respect to their nature and carried them till their life.
In this case if we look for any one personality’s principle after 200years, 50% it will not be same as what those really believed. Because it is being carried out by each individual who has different ideology of life.
And at any point it’s not possible to say, who is the best leader in the world, as time passes away often new leader arises and disappears in this world’s history. Ultimately no one so far had ruled hearts this world and No one can.
Thousands of tribes were still living in the deep forest of Amazon, who dosent anything about Chinese economy.
No one has to believe in my expression of taught, No one will.
My beliefs are my faith,
I have faith in God.

RETURN NOTE
The Water had taken my life through different waves. In my voyage, unexpected waves washed out some good memories and dropped few bad memories. Now I really taught that, Life is an adventure when it is least expected. It’s hard, hard and hard to believe and to accept it. And here Iam returning to Blog with a little note, Things are happening ‘Just like that’.

The Destiny
I often blame others for my own mistakes. Sometime I do mistakes, misguidance, misunderstand, misconceive, misbehave, misinterpret, mismatch, misuse....so on. At any point of time I would have avoided it, but I might have did it intensively also or nor. All those thing that happens for me, by me, always only because of me only.
My thought represents my expression......

Explicit Thought
Break! This what I am looking for the past 5 months after once I joined the new company.
This is the juncture where I realised the life as a interface between career and family.
Job is revolving within 10x6, sometimes 18hr…7days
Not only me many of the employees would undergo the same.
Suddenly I had a thought, corporate’s were creating a world of maniacs,
Yes, on pressurising this kind of situation to its employees personal thoughts pulverised, in such a they were thinking of their job even while asleep.
Where this kind of world practice leads?
I am not saying that corporate should not extract the output from employees.
Everyone has his or her own family, personal problems and issues that need immediate attention.
Personnel turns to resource, where resource changes to development, it is perceived only in regards to job.
Development should also encircle in 360 degree so that an employees is placed in a comfortable environment.
Running behind the result, pressuring to avoiding the family needs was the cause.
Organising various personality programs, career growth programs and welfare programs for the employees wouldn’t serve the basic need of the employee.
Think about it, when it’s a boss family function, he has the freedom to spend grandly and inviting people including his staffs, and also shall spend enormous time with family and relatives, everything were for the happiness of the family, Where as this kind of thing is restricted in one or another way to a staff. HE would think a lot to spend One Rupee for staff.
Let me follow up with my thought for the final stance.

Laws of Hierarchical bypass
My experience shares some of my thoughts in the name of Laws of Hierarchical Bypass and its Attributes.Comments and Criticism might clean the thoughts.
Law I:
In a established organization, established employees tend to communicate directly to the top management bypassing their hierarchical superior/sub ordinate in a structural organization.
Law II:
When a employee promoted hierarchically to top management on the basis of experience only,Hierarchical Bypass exist with him.
Law III:
The Hierarchical bypass culture erodes the whole structure of the organization, where partiality and authoritarian ideology rules the organization.
