Laws of Hierarchical bypass

My experience shares some of my thoughts in the name of Laws of Hierarchical Bypass and its Attributes.Comments and Criticism might clean the thoughts.

Law I:
In a established organization, established employees tend to communicate directly to the top management bypassing their hierarchical superior/sub ordinate in a structural organization.

Law II:
When a employee promoted hierarchically to top management on the basis of experience only,Hierarchical Bypass exist with him.


Law III:
The Hierarchical bypass culture erodes the whole structure of the organization, where partiality and authoritarian ideology rules the organization.

Independent policy

It’s Absurd to be dependent when it is expected to be independent.Dependency comes with its evil friends Prejudice and Expectation on either side.

Red Alert.I wish to be independent and also a dependent, this is life we can’t live independently in this world so sometime we shall be dependent. Even every individual at least once might have thought independency. So what about a Nation?

Off course! It has to be.Recently, India’s approach is dependent; it shall be open in its stand and its relationship with its friendly countries.Biased with Srilanka and LTTE conflict…Partial with Iran….Are results of US influence in India’s foreign policy.

An Unstable neighbor island is still searching for its solution to end its internal conflict; India is clear neither with Srilanka nor with LTTE. Back to 70’s, India had clandestine relationship with LTTE but not against Srilankan government. After Rajiv assassination, relationship with LTTE was reversed to hostile, this is the major blunder LTTE had done.

Its already late, India has to proclaim its spick and span stance in islands internal conflict. Else US which is looking for a military base in Indian Ocean might enter, might enter? No!

Only because of India’s influence in Srilanka still US hadn’t established their base in Srilanka.

US interest in establishing a base in Indian Ocean shall enter island as to eliminate LTTE by lending its hand for aid. Acquisition and Cross-Servicing Agreement (ACSA) would allow the U.S. and Srilanka to transfer and exchange logistics supplies, support, and re-fuelling services during peacekeeping missions, humanitarian operations and joint exercises. Certainly not weapons but sometimes food shall be used as a weapon. China has also started to institute it presence in Africa independently has also started to aid Srilanka to build a port in the island. It seems India is loosing its control over Indian Ocean.

So far India hadn’t reacted in any form against forwarding steps of US as proposed Nuclear aid for India is in its last stage, which seems to be a major break through for India’s energy need though Russia is aiding us in constructing nuclear plant, India is not still recognized by NSG (Nuclear Supply Group) for supplying nuclear raw materials to operate nuclear reactors.

Indo-US nuclear agreement has also influenced Indian approach against Iran, a good friend of India. India-Pakistan-Iran pipeline project is awaiting Iran’s approval for quench India’s Fuel Energy need. Indo-US nuclear agreement is a step ahead of oil fuel supply from Iran as Oil price is fluctuating in the world market.

It’s just a tip of iceberg, US not only influencing India External Policy and also Indian Business and Internal affairs.

Awake India, its time to institute our Independent Policy.

Other halfs

Its all about People and Media. Here are some of the critics by anonymous person like me about shilpa shetty to afzal's capital punishment. I have also expressed my views along with others.

Shilpa and Tacky show

One says It was Shilpa's own decision to participate in this tacky show. No one forced her to go there. Another says She is getting more than 350000 pounds for this show. She is not Indian ambassador representing India. Why is Indian government wasting time? Don't they have better things to do? Now, after all the attention.Another says that we Indians are the biggest hypocrites and the greatest opportunists. We don't practice what we preach. Leave aside foreigners; even we aren't secular. The daily caste clashes prove this.All the frowning Indians should just look in their own backyards first. A quick look in the matrimonial columns will confirm just they are. India is a secular country only in books.

Personal problem is viewed as Indians problem as whole. Unwanted media coverage focused on this Actress cum model is a major cause.

Capital Punishment for Afzal

One says He feels Afzal should not be hanged. Because,A criminal like him should not get the chance of becoming a martyr. He should not become the excuse for loss of lives in the Kashmir Valley due to a spurt in terrorist activities. Life imprisonment will take him out of action for good and at the same time will also send out a strong message that India will act tough against terrorism. He do not think hanging a person will act as a stronger deterrent against the terrorist because they believe death will take them directly to heaven as they are engaged in Jihad. Another says shame to all Indian media to make a terrorist into a national This is the bankrupt ness of India media.

Delay in Afzal’s Punishment will lead to social rampage by terrorist. More than that its is being politicalised because he is a Muslim by both Muslim community and political party keeping next election in mind.Afterall this case address national security not with any Individual.

Need for Stimulant

Senoir Lawyer Ram Jethmalani Say that the media has been resorting to a malicious campaign against Manu Sharma airing reports questioning the integrity of the judges hearing the case. Another says Jessica lall murder case has now become media's dinner and brakefast.my dear indian media it is duty of indian society to mend the ways.but you people are trying to make your self new avtar but reality is that you all have commercial angle to this not more of that.

None the case have got this much publicity.Because Jessica Lal is model and convicted person is a influenced the case. For these news channels it matter who is first. Public protest and outcry were result of media in Jessica Lal case but what about others cases that were similar.

Impact of media

There is no concrete evidence or a clear clue yet on the kidnap and brutal murder of the 11-year-old Aravind as murderers used cili powder to divert the police dog from zeroing on them.When the accused were questioned they revealed that they got this idea for such a heinous crime from films. they had witnessed in the film ‘Gilli’.A housewife in Anna Nagar was killed by her former driver who upon nabbing revealed that he had sprayed chilli powder. its also from the film Gilli

Cinema has a deep impact on the society. Not only cinema but also other media when it is on drugs, they not only deal with user and its cause but also with drug specification like cost, place of availability and how it is being misused. Some news paper has also written how a apparel vesture wears accessory can be use as drug.
